But despite it being early in the swing and still be tired from the day before on Sunday I had invested in Mama's spaghetti, which besides being easy and take little time to prepare is a delight and it does perfectly matching with the Family`s Sunday Time.
Mama's spaghetti
serves 4-5 portions
500 grams of ground beef
600 grams of pasta homemade spaghetti
1 can of tomato paste
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 head of garlic
ketchup to taste
olive oil to taste
1 tablespoon oil
black pepper to taste
grated cheese to taste
Beef broth 1 kinnor
salt to taste
How to prepare-
Cook the pasta until the point the tooth in a large pot with water, salt and a drizzle of oil. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking and leave the wire loose mass. Cut onion and pepper into small squares, then the garlic and mix (such as garlic paste).
In a skillet saute the onion first. After add the garlic and pepper. Place the ground meat and fry it for about 10 minutes. In another small saucepan dissolve the broth with 1 cup of water and can of tomato paste. When the meat is at point add the tomato sauce and simmer until dry and the water getting to the point of Bolognese sauce. Add the ketchup to taste, to give a light and sweet flavor to your dish. Mount putting the pasta dishes below-shaped lot, leaving the edges of the plate free. Throw it over the sauce. Then put grated cheese to taste, salt and black pepper.
It's quick, tasty and affordable. Of course I know more sophisticated ways of making a pasta bolognese Based on red wine and a fresh cilantro added at the end. But let's keep it cheap for the sake of everyone's pocket.
Elle Special 25 years small-quote
I am a big fan of Elle magazine and on this month I got it from my sis. It is a special edition celebreating the 25 years of Elle Brasil. I started reading through and disheartened by the fatigue but then I got a quote from my fellow Caetano Veloso with a phrase that motivated me to inspiring keep reading the magazine and to at least get me aware of what it is on the air this winter of 2013.
"Up close people can be more normal."
Caetano Veloso
The story is inspiring and made me travel in my personal files by memories of my stay in Europe. The article reports the history of two professionals of Elle Magazine whom had gotten them professional achievement when they find a big name in the fashion world. Ines Nespoli and Suzana Barbosa meet Karl Largerfeld in Paris this meeting represents among many things the union between the designer and Elle Brasil.
This magazine is full of ideas. I try to take these ideas for my bases of Fashion to be able to make my own looks. I realized that although the basic black winter with its luxury and being on top, the called "Colours pop out" remain strong and continue giving more color to the chill of Rio de Janeiro.
